PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project profile
Create a project and declare project management parameters:

  • Project reference number/Project name with continuous reference number in the system.

  • Scope/Purpose of the project.

  • Project requirements.

  • Project terms.

  • Expected timetable.

  • Classify projects according to the classification criteria of the business.

  • Project team structure (Project Team Structure - PTS) is based on project classification.

  • Project evaluation criteria (Key Performance Indicators - KPI).

  • Quickly create projects using available templates and/or copying from similar projects.

  • Manage projects according to status (newly created projects, approved projects for bidding, projects that have been put into implementation, completed projects).
     

When the project is approved, the system will automatically perform the following tasks:

  • Officially transfer project parameters into the system.

  • Create an integrated working environment (workspace collaboration) for the project team.

  • Create project code in Financial System for project cost recognition. Tasks in the project will be automatically updated into sub projects under the project code to be able to record detailed costs for each task of the project.

  • Create a project code in the Human Resources Subsystem for recording the timesheet of the project team. Tasks in the project will be automatically updated into sub projects under the project code so that the project team can declare a detailed timesheet for each project task.

  • Conclude the booking of employees, machinery, equipment and materials in Task Management into temporary bookings in the Subsystems of Personnel Management, Machinery Management and Materials Management.
     

Ability to create and manage Project Documents according to each type of document. Project Documents can be initialized manually or created quickly using available templates and/or copied from similar documents:

  • Project Plan.

  • Minutes Of The Internal Meeting.

  • Minutes of meetings with external partners.

  • Evaluate The Results.

  • Output Documents of the Project (Project Deliverables).
