At 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 23, 2024, the Kick-off Ceremony of the project: "Consulting & implementing the Expert ERP total enterprise management solution for Hong Thien Paper Tube And Packaging Joint Stock Company" took place at Thuan Thanh II Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province.
Hong Thien Company was established in 2012, is one of the pioneers in the production of paper core tubes in Northern Vietnam. Hong Thien's high-quality paper core tubes are produced on automatic, advanced lines and are used in the plastic, paper, textile, and steel industries. In addition, Hong Thien also produces paper cans and round boxes according to customer orders.
Realizing the importance of applying ERP to the process of Digital Transformation of enterprises, the Board of Directors of Hong Thien has spent a lot of time and effort to build a standard data set of the company (Master data), rearrange and re-plan production areas, warehouses... and has researched and worked with many domestic and foreign ERP consulting units. The Board of Directors of Hong Thien planned to sign a contract with a famous foreign ERP implementation unit (SME version). However, through the introduction of a customer who is implementing Expert ERP, GMC conducted a demo and quoted the software in mid-August 2024. The Board of Directors of Hong Thien was completely convinced by the process, features, reports... of Expert ERP software in solving the specific problems of the paper packaging industry and decided to sign a contract with GMC in early September 2024.
The project will fully deploy all subsystems of Expert ERP software within the expected time of 6 months, especially the mobile app and RFID application to manage and operate all production and business activities of the company. GMC believes that with the standard software that has been successfully proven at FDI companies producing paper packaging. We will advise and implement the project to achieve the quality and progress as committed to the customer.
Up to now, GMC's main target market and customers have been manufacturing enterprises in the South and Central of Vietnam. However, through the signing of a contract to consult and implement Expert ERP software for Hong Thien in Thuan Thanh II Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province. We want to open up a new market that is in need of finding reputable and specialized ERP consulting and implementation units for manufacturing companies with factories in industrial parks and export processing zones in the northern provinces of Vietnam.
