WARNING OF EXPERT ERP SOFTWARE COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

We are the representative of Gia Minh Software Solutions Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as GMC) headquartered at: 4th Floor, Success Building, 21A Go Dau, Tan Quy Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City. GMC is the owner and author of ExpertERP Software, also known as ExpertERP Comprehensive Business Management Software.
GMC is a unit specializing in researching, developing, consulting and deploying ExpertERP software for domestic and foreign enterprises. Since its establishment, we have consulted and deployed ExpertERP for many enterprises in Vietnam. ExpertERP software has been granted a Copyright Registration Certificate No. 518/2019/QTG by the Copyright Office, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on January 22, 2019.
Through checking information on the internet at the Facebook address: https://www.facebook.com/alex.huynh.12935 of the account Alex Huynh. We discovered that this account posted a number of screenshots of GMC's ExpertERP software interface. At the same time, this account posted news and images of the Project Kick-off to deploy the ERP Suite Packaging Solution for Tan Truong Phat Packaging Company Limited on August 8, 2024. The company that signed the ERP implementation contract is Teksoft Technology Application Solutions Company Limited.
We have sent official dispatch No. 001/CV-GMC dated March 12, 2024 warning Teksfot for taking GMC's customer information and logos to impersonate Teksoft's customers, even impersonating customers to post on Teksoft's website. Teksoft's actions have seriously violated the provisions of the Enterprise Law 2020 and the Cyber Security Law 2018, infringing on GMC's legitimate and legal rights, and violating GMC's ExpertERP Software Copyright. On March 14, 2024, Teksoft sent an email to GMC confirming that it had "reviewed, edited and updated accordingly" (specifically, Teksoft has deleted all impersonated information as GMC stated in official dispatch No. 001/CV-GMC)
While we are consulting with the Lawyer on the next legal steps to protect GMC's legitimate rights, we request that Alex Huynh's account delete the copyright-infringing images and not cooperate or assist Teksoft in violating the law as stated above.
We hope that Alex Huynh account understands the legal consequences that will be borne by GMC - the Company that owns the Copyright of ExpertERP Software, if we take further legal steps to protect GMC's legitimate and legal rights.
