Kick-off ceremony for the implementation of Expert ERP, a comprehensive manufacturing management solution for Metallic.

At 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, the Kick-off Ceremony for the project: "Consulting & Implementation of Expert ERP Enterprise Resource Planning Solution" specializing in manufacturing management for the mechanical engineering industry, took place for Metallic Vietnam Co., Ltd. at Loteco Industrial Park, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province. The ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors, Project Management Team, and Core Team of both parties.

Metalic Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established in 2017, initially as a manufacturer of mechanical products for the oil and gas industry. Metalic's products have been exported to the USA, Canada, the UK, and Australia (accounting for 95% of total export value). Currently, Metalic has developed into a large manufacturing enterprise with two factories totaling 13,000 m2 in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.

• Factory 1: Located on Road No. 6, Long Binh Loteco Industrial Park, specializing in the production of steel structures.
• Factory 2: Located on Road No. 5, Long Binh Loteco Industrial Park, specializing in the production and processing of sheet metal, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Metalic manufactures mechanical products for the following industries:

• Products for the infrastructure industry.
• Products for the mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and industrial construction sectors.
• Products for the marine construction industry.
• Products for the mining industry.
• Products for the oil and gas industry.

Metallic Vietnam has achieved the following three important certifications:

1. ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management System (QMS)
2. ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS)
3. ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management Systems.
    

With the desire to implement an advanced management solution and elevate company governance, Metalic had worked with many Vietnamese ERP providers but found none convincing until they worked with GMC. Metallic has signed a contract with GMC to implement the Expert ERP comprehensive enterprise management solution, specializing in manufacturing management for the mechanical engineering industry. The project is divided into two implementation phases:

• Phase 1 (6 months): Sales – Purchasing – Inventory – Production Planning – Production Management – ​​QA/QC – Machinery Maintenance – Mobile App
• Phase 2 (3 months): Accounting – Finance – Tax Reporting – Human Resources – Timekeeping – Payroll – Insurance (various types) – Mobile App.
   

The Metalic management team aims to apply the successful model of a mechanical engineering client using Expert ERP to achieve rapid deployment within 4 months from Kick-off to Phase 1 Go-live (similar to the projects GMC has successfully implemented for Glopaco, Lo Duc, UniLab, etc.).
