Project Acceptance Ceremony: "Deploying Expert ERP - Specialized software on production management for Dieu Thuan"

On Friday morning, March 3, 2023, the project acceptance ceremony took place: "Consulting & Deploying Expert ERP Business Management Solution for Dieu Thuan" at the customer's office & factory in Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong.

Dieu Thuan Precision Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 as a Taiwanese FDI enterprise, specializing in manufacturing and distributing hardware, metal, CNC machinery products, especially manufacturing springs and precision mechanical products.

The project fully deploys the subsystems of the Expert ERP solution including: Sales - Purchasing - Inventory - Planning - Production - Financial Accounting - Human Resources, Timekeeping, Payroll, Insurance & Document Approval by Mobile App. The project Kick Off ceremony takes place on August 29, 2022, Golive in January 2023 and Acceptance in early March 2023.

The total time for consulting and implementing the Expert ERP software and process is more than 04 months (not including nearly 30 days off for holidays and Lunar New Year 2023) which can be considered a success in implementing the ERP solution. This result is due to the following reasons:
