Dai Thanh Furniture Joint Stock Company was established in 1995 and has rapidly developed into a leading enterprise in manufacturing and exporting Indoor - Outdoor - Kitchen wooden furniture in Vietnam. Currently, Dai Thanh has about 1,800 employees with a factory area of up to 20 hectares located next to National Highway 1A, Bui Thi Xuan Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province. The average export output is about 200 40' containers/month to major customers in the US and Europe.
During the process of construction and development over the years, Dai Thanh has continuously expanded, upgraded and invested in new factories, current and advanced machinery and equipment. Especially in the field of applying "Digital Transformation" to businesses, for more than 10 years, Dai Thanh has continuously searched for suitable Suppliers and Management Solutions. Because the project has a wide scope of application, all subsystems of the Expert ERP solution on server-client, web-based and mobile app platforms; Adjust the software in a convenient and easy-to-use direction for users. At the same time, GMC also conducted a survey of the current status, processes, management structure, ... to advise on restructuring and new processes, standardizing data throughout the company. The Management Board of the two parties met and agreed on the total consulting and project implementation time of 15 months, with an additional 3 months of risk reserve (if any). The Kick Off ceremony of the project "Consulting & Implementing Expert ERP Enterprise Resource Planning Solution" took place at 10:00 a.m. on August 18, 2022 at Dai Thanh office and factory.
